Travelers: Fill your suitcases and bribe the guard. Earn bottle caps by smuggling and for being unduly arrested!
Border Guard: Get bottle caps for accepting bribes and confiscating tasty soda. After each player has been the Border Guard, whoever has the most bottle caps wins!
